Under new management well that was a lie tried them again tonight for delivery for the first time in 4 months even at dinner time, and yet they still sent me cold left over food from hours earlier cold chicken & chips, the chicken wrap was cold and there blaming the lettuce, no baked beans and even trying to tell me that even though I actually ordered a DR Pepper there customers don't want that so they send out Dr Pepper Zero so £2 saved by them just on what I didn't get that's after a so called 10% off when you spend £15 so much for money off. I was also told I was an irate customer and to look at there many positive feedback's and to take it up with Just Eat. So I did and here's some breaking news It turns out that Just Eat now require pictures from customers to get refunds and It takes up to 72 hours, seems like they are putting these restaurants and there 16% charge per order ahead of paying customers. So get your phones and cameras out It will be interesting to see if there paying out on refunds, and just in case this feedback get's lost I'll be sure to put it on other feedback sites.
I actually thought my review was already long enough and very detailed as with all my reviews, but It seems somewhere in your own warped way to save a sinking ship that I was the liar so allow me to fill in the blanks and than let's see who's the liar and who's not. Firstly you haven't found out anything from Just Eat about me all they want is your 16% fee per order, what they don't want is customers telling other customers about there 16% charge, or the fact that you now need to take pictures to get your refunds the question is am I telling the truth or am I lying. As for asking for a refund from dodgy lowlife restaurants or in your case a dodgy lowlife chicken takeaway joint, that offers a delivery service, on food that should of been thrown away by you in the first place I unlike you work hard for my money and call me old fashioned but I expect what I have paid for or my money back. Funny how you remember me from another place, It wasn't another of your dodgy chicken delivery shops by any chance oops I bet It was LOL. If you could actually read your negative reviews instead of counting short gained money before moving on and remembering me again LOL, than you would of read that your first lame excuse was under new management as your lying go to standard feedback reply, and really you should of just used the same line again now but thought toys and prams was what more what family friendly I guess LOL. So I gave you a second chance than found out the new management, is really the old management which is really the original management hence why I said that was a lie. If I was looking to get back at you than that would mean everything I have written is a lie, now what do you think that your present customers are going to think that I'm a professional story teller or that your food is as dodgy as your replies to feedback left by your past customers. As for no free food firstly if I have already paid for It than It's not free, secondly if your saying that you won't be giving any replacement food for your dodgy cold leftover from lunchtime to give for dinner food than that's not a punishment, that's like telling a kid you have to eat dessert before your dinner. As for not serving me again between Google, Facebook, Just Eat and a few other review sites does It look like I'm looking to get served again and than get my money back of Just Eat again LOL, ow and as I'm so helpful your great idea of a link with my name doesn't work. Read moreUnfortunately I am forced to place this review. I found a piece of plastic or a nail in his pizza for the family. I took a photo and thought I’ll let him know later. I thought we were on good customer relations but now I feel he put that piece of nail/plastic in purposefully. I called them about a week later and first I mentioned this and that it’s okay accidents happen. But then he started shouting and said I should have called him at the time and he knows what his boxes are made of etc etc. and then he hung up.
I liked his pizza’s. So did my wife and child and now it seems I am not welcome there for a mistake on their behalf. Shame. If anything a free pizza for a regular customer. But instead shouted at me and slammed the phone. Lost customer.
