Chicken taste great. Fries dry. Pizza over cooked. I order online and come to pick up after 30 minutes still food not ready and I wait 15 more minutes for chicken to cook. Pizza Online is more than double price than if ordered in shop. Disappointed. Online prices should be same to shop. Plus I'm ordering online to collect quickly not wait. 2019 Yes, the fried chicken is tasty,, But, since they stopped delivery on holidays I went to the shop. After waiting 1 hour for food order was incomplete, called the shop back was told the driver will come out in half hour with the rest of the order i then said i will need the full order redone as the rest of food will be cold which he agreed to. 45 mins later no food called again 1 hour wait, this went on for three hours, i then called back asked for a refund to be told i will need to speak to the manager. Today i called him and guess what he made every excuse about the order, then asked me to bring the food back or he would not refund as he will be out of pocket, so now i have to go through the bin retrieve the food and take it back to get a refund.Not their first screw up on delivery sure it wont be the last. One of those takeaways shops the ones who deliver what they want and not what you ordered and even that is cold, and then they lie when you phone to complain and say they will give you 20% off your next order you even ask for a contact name and they say Morgan.
