Have had 4 times before through delivery and rated it so high. But went last night after looking forward to it all day. Fair enough it was busy, but we were handed a menu that had been used and was dirty with food stains on it. Then we ordered our drinks, when my wine came it looked and tasted like it had been sitting in a half open bottle for a very long time.
For the starters The waiter didnât seem to know what they had. I asked for a specific (my favourite dish) and a different version of it came (which was fine) but it was absolutely stone cold.
Then a different waiter came over and I asked to get the other dish too and he went to the kitchen and came back and said âsorry the kitchen is too busy for thatâ okay so why is it on the menu?
I also queried if I could please change my drink because it tasted stale. I would have paid for a new drink. He looked at me and said ânoâ and walked away. No one came back to take our order -we had to ask. He tried to take our menus between starters and mains even though we hadnât ordered and had to argue with him not to take the menus because we still needed to order. There was also no communication between the two waiters so we had to explain things more than once.
They asked me why I didnât eat my stone cold starter I told them it was cold. He said it was due to the yoghurt but the entire thing was like it had not even been heated up even slightly. He apologised but no attempt to rectify.
The main food was fine but took 30 mins to come. We were missing an item which they tried to charge us for so we had to tell them. This meal cost ÂŁ50 for off wine, stone cold food and terrible service.
Overall a not good experience and after becoming a regular customer and rating it so highly - I will not...

Iâm furious. I wanted to treat my family to a decent curry, and since Leighton Buzzard is notorious for its lack of good Indian food, I decided to venture out to Bletchley based on Uber Eatsâ recommendations. BIG MISTAKE. How this place has good reviews is beyond meâitâs an insult to curry lovers everywhere. I spent ÂŁ70 for what barely qualified as a meal. The chicken curry was disappointing, with cheap chicken ruining what could have been an okay sauce. The lamb biryani was the absolute lowlightâno yogurt, no accompanying liquid, just some pathetic, dry rice and the tiniest amount of lamb. It felt like I paid ÂŁ10 for leftovers from a bad wedding buffet. The chicken 65 was awfulâno flavor and no redeeming qualities whatsoever. The chilli paneer was a travesty, with a soggy, gelatinous coating and dry, dense paneer that tasted like it had been forgotten in a freezer for a decade. The only redeemable items were the lassi, which was nice, and the keema naan, which was okay, but thatâs it.
I wanted to impress my family, and instead, they now think I canât pick a decent meal to save my life. This place is a disgrace to biryaniâs heritageâa dish meant to be hearty and affordable has been reduced to a flavorless profit machine. Never again. ÂŁ70 wasted, appetite destroyed, and my reputation with my mates in tatters. Avoid this place...
Read moreThis place feels like someone once said to their mum, "Your food is amazing, you should open a restaurant!" Well, some things are better left within the four walls of home, because this is the kind of cooking only her children could possibly enjoy out of politeness. Sadly, it should have stayed at the family dinner table.
From the first bite, it was clear that cost-saving on ingredients was the main recipe here. The meat was dry, the sauce was flavourless, and the whole thing felt like a sloppy rip-off. I found myself wondering, "Who even approved this?" For a place with "Talk" and "Tikka" in the name (seriously, what does that even mean?), theyâve managed to take a classic dish and turn it into something I deeply regret ordering.
The price? Daylight robbery. The taste? Nonexistent. The experience? I wish I could forget it. To make matters worse, I couldnât shake the feeling that those glowing 4 and 5-star reviews must be coming from supportive friends and family, because the 1, 2, and 3-star reviews? Spot on. They matched my experience perfectly.
Honestly, why are so many low-quality curry places popping up lately? This was disappointing on every level, and I am asking for a refund. I wonât be back, and unless you enjoy regret on a plate, I suggest you...
