Greek Souvlaki — Restaurant in Bletchley and Fenny Stratford

Terrible Service First of all, we have ordered twice from here before, exact same order all 3 times, first 2 times was right, no complaints, however on the 3rd order, we ended up receiving either fatty pork or TERRIBLE quality fatty chicken (we always order chicken and rarely eat pork due to its fatty nature).

After phoning the ''restaurant'' they told me it was definitely chicken and laughed on the phone, so then i decided to try to talk to them through just eat, however their adviser was unable to do anything except get them to offer a possible refund if we brought the food back to them.

This was close to 11pm knowing full well it takes us 30 mins to drive to them, which was difficult and not worth it for a 'possible' refund.

The adviser from just eat tried to reason with them, but could get nowhere and told me it was difficult to talk to them on the phone as they wouldn't listen or even try to resolve the issue.

NEVER AGAIN. TERRIBLE, RUDE...

Ordered online at 21:25 to try it out for the first time via website. When I arrived at the alloted collection time(22:00), their shutter was already down even though it states they close at 23:00.

After finally getting the attention of someone, they told me the website isn't working as they aren't receiving payments for orders they did. Fair enough.

I then asked if I could re-place the order at that time, seeing as everything says they close at 23:00 and was then promptly turned away, because "they were already cleaning and weren't very busy today."

Unprofessional, waste of time with not so much as an apology. I shudder to think what the food would have been like if this is the standard of service....

Nightmare trying to order on line. Was given option to deliver which stopped being an option at checkout! Then tried deliveroo but it was over £10 more and wasn’t recognising discount code. Went back to do collect option and paid through Apple Pay. No confirmation so tried to call but straight to voicemail…. Went to restaurant where they told me the website doesn’t work and wanted me to order online while I was there….. hence this review. Went to Kebab shop across the road got everything no fuss and cheaper for...
