A delightful spot for anyone craving flavorful, flame grilled chicken with a spicy kick. The moment you walk in, you're greeted with the aroma of their signature peri-peri spices, setting the stage for a satisfying meal. The food is consistently well prepared, with the chicken cooked to perfection juicy on the inside with a charred, crispy exterior. During our visit, Felix, a member of the staff, truly elevated our experience. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail were impressive. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, including helpful recommendations on the spice levels, which made our meal even more enjoyable. Felix’s excellent service was the cherry on top of an already great dining experience. Whether you’re a peri-peri enthusiast or new to Nando’s, this spot is definitely worth a visit. And if you're lucky, you might just get served by Felix, who will ensure your meal is as delightful as the food itself!

Nando's is always good tasty chicken restaurant with good service...this franchise is set out around the Milton Keynes football stadium which is a prime location. Popularly known as MK1 zone, there is shopping available, odeon cinema, double tree Hilton hotel, leisure facilities and a massive ASDA and IKEA! Loads of free parking available and other restaurants, accessible by public transport, about 10mins drive to the bletchley train and bus station. The staff are efficient and friendly...not too long waiting time (about 10mins), great for large parties though noisy but expected. Variety of menu, their sweet roll was very small in size though but the pitta bread was bigger 😃 For low budget and good tasting food I would recommend 👍 however overall cleanliness could be better

From a customer's point of view this is really well organised and well run Nando's. It's always busy here but the service from being seated to receiving my order is usually pretty quick, and on the occasions there has been a delay I'm always informed when I place my order. My only two gripes would be the ice machine which is always out of ice; and of course given its location by the stadium, shops and cinema, as well as other restaurants, parking here can be a nightmare!! Put those to one side though and of the four Nando's in Milton Keynes this is the one I keep returning to time and again.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Nando's and I must say that the outstanding customer service provided by Shanti truly made my experience unforgettable. From the moment I walked through the door, Shanti greeted me with a warm and genuine smile, instantly making me feel welcome.

Shanti's exceptional knowledge of the menu and her ability to recommend the perfect dishes based on my preferences was truly remarkable. She patiently listened to my dietary restrictions and offered thoughtful suggestions, ensuring that my meal was not only delicious but also catered to my specific needs.

Throughout my entire dining experience, Shanti went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and satisfied. Her attention to detail was outstanding. She consistently checked on me to ensure that everything was to my liking and promptly addressed any questions or concerns I had. Shanti's genuine enthusiasm and passion for her work shone through her interactions, making me feel like a valued and respected customer.

Not only did Shanti excel in her customer service skills, but she also exhibited an incredible level of professionalism and efficiency. Despite the restaurant being busy, she managed to provide prompt service without compromising on quality. Her ability to multitask and prioritise tasks showcased her dedication to delivering a top-notch dining experience.

Furthermore, Shanti's positive and friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere that extended beyond just serving customers. She engaged in friendly conversations, making me feel like part of the Nando's family. Her genuine interest in ensuring that I had an exceptional dining experience was truly commendable.

In conclusion, Shanti's exceptional customer service at Nando's was nothing short of outstanding. Her warmth, knowledge, and professionalism elevated my dining experience to new heights. Nando's, Nando's, oh Nando's. You tempt me with your fiery sauces and your promise of flavor-blasted chicken. Today, Milton Keynes, I succumbed. Did you deliver? Mostly, with a few hiccups along the way.

Let's start with the good stuff. The chicken in our shared platter was solid. Not mind-blowingly amazing, but definitely satisfying. Perfectly cooked, juicy, and coated in just the right amount of that signature peri-peri magic. We went for a mix of Lemon & Herb and Medium spice, and both hit their respective marks. The Lemon & Herb offered a zesty, citrusy counterpoint to the chicken, while the Medium brought a welcome warmth without setting our mouths on fire.

The sides held their own too. Peri-salted fries were crunchy, salty, and shamelessly addicting. We couldn't stop popping them even with fingers slicked with fiery sauce. The coleslaw offered a cool, creamy respite, and the macho peas did exactly what they were supposed to do - provided a burst of sweet, garlicky goodness.

However, Nando's, here's where things got a little… lackluster. Let's talk service. It wasn't bad, by any means, but it wasn't exactly attentive either. Ordering was smooth, but refills took some gentle flag-waving, and clearing our plates felt like pulling teeth. It wasn't a deal-breaker, but it certainly didn't elevate the experience.

And then there was the cutlery. Now, I'm not a germaphobe, but let's just say finding a fork without some lingering traces of its previous adventure wasn't exactly thrilling. A quick wipe did the trick, but it definitely put a damper on the first bite.

So, Nando's Milton Keynes, your peri-powers were on point, but the overall performance felt a bit lukewarm. Good food, average service, and questionable cutlery make for a slightly underwhelming experience.

Final verdict: 3 out of 5 flames. You can keep my tastebuds happy, but step up the polish next time, alright? And for goodness sake, invest in a good dishwasher!

Pro tip: Grab some extra wipes. You...

I don't understand what is the point in ordering either on the phone or through app? You turn up at the time of collection and you still have to sit for over 30 minutes waiting for your food. Nobody seem to care. Manager is just wandering around with this blank expression on his face trying the hardest not to make eye contact with you. While I sat there for half hours nobody asked, not even once if I'm ok there. Only after frustration got better of me and managed to find a member of staff who was pretending to be busy, he went to check up on my order. I saw him and another colleague trying to scramble pieces of food together to complete my order. Which later turned out to be absolute shambles. Chips did not have peri peri seasoning. One piece of chicken was just plain grilled. No sauce. Another one was undercooked. And all that for £23 pounds. If I wanted such poorly cooked food I would have gone to KFC across the road. At least I would save £10 and could expect to be rather mediocre. I appreciate it was busy (as usual) but if you can't handle the footfall then stop taking orders for takeaway or bring more staff in. Your customer service is dropping with every visit. And I think it was my last one. Management non existent. Staff disinterested. Less than average food. Unless you want to go there on Tuesday early afternoon don't bother....
