This review is not based on the quality of the food but solely on the awful customer experience I received. I called the store to get information about deals however after 2 attempts and staff being unable to hear me I decided to go directly and place an order. After choosing the pizzas I promptly got the right amount of cash ready but was informed they do not take cash only card payment! I was pretty much forced to try a card payment knowing that I had already experienced issues earlier that day, reason why I had ensured I had enough cash (given our local lack of cash machines). No other customer were waiting and 2 managers were present yet zero effort was made to try resolving the matter. I was simply told ‘I should have known as Domino haven’t accepted cash payments for months’. Read moreUpdate 14/01/24 Pizza didn’t arrive, no evidence of driver on cctv. Phoned leatherhead, woman insist ls they tried to deliver. Asked why the driver didn’t ring the Ring door bell or appear on CCTV and she actually argued that he’d tried to deliver . Worst Dominos .
Horrifically expensive for terrible value for money poorly made pizza. They now charge extra for delivery . Leatherhead is not a good dominos. The scarce mattering of ingredients are thrown in the middle of the pizza, which arrives lates and Luke warm. What’s worse is the stupid delivery system that still doesn’t use What3Words which would solve all issues of having to stand outside trying to direct them to my house and would stop pizzas getting cold . Read moreGone down hill. As a long time customer, I am getting fed up of the constant inaccurate orders that I receive from this branch. Tonight I ordered a meal deal with 1 large and 2 personal pizzas. One of the pizzas should have been cheese, olive, pineapple and sweetcorn. Instead I got this... no cheese and a portion or chicken. How is it possible to make such a mistake? Ruined our meal as my daughter was very disappointed and couldn't eat it. I phoned the branch and asked for them to collect all pizzas and refund the meal. They refused and only offered a £10 voucher against my next order. Will take the matter further with the franchise owner in the morning. Suggest you avoid and try one of the other pizza delivery companies...
