Driver called to refuse to deliver our order 10 minutes before the store was closing. Called the store just before closing and was told on what to do and to expect a call back by the manager the next day. Could not do what was needed as the option disappeared because the driver had just delivered the order back to the store once the call had ended. (was through the KFC app) We were told the driver should not had brought the order back to the store and should had still delivered this to us.
Either way we weren’t contacted back at all, didn’t get provided with the drivers details from the manager to make a complaint to Uber. Sent a massive email to KFC with every detail, date and time through the email the store provided because they would handle this. That’s when I'm told to contact a number that’s took me through to Uber and WORKED. Ubers said they cant give a refund as it’s been past 48 hours.
This is a joke, lost out on £30, refused a refund and nothings been handled correctly at all. I’ve contacted everywhere I could find and I’ve just been passed around back and fourth. I am furious. It’s not my fault that the numbers provided on the app and websites don't work without a current live order or will either just hang up on me before processing further into the call. When I’ve asked to speak to someone else or a supervisor etc, I’ve been refused to that aswell.

The restaurant has a faulty door, and not an automatic one. I'm quite strong, and I had to use all my strength to open the door. This clearly needs looked at.
The food is priced way too high. I know this has nothing to do with this specific restaurant, rather the company, but when a chinese takeaway is cheaper than KFC, that's a bit of an issue, and we both didn't really get much either. At first their seems to be a large variety of food here, but realistically, it's all the same thing, with different sides or buns or sauces.
I have never seen a fast food restaurant as unclean as this one. Food all over tables and the floor, rubbish all over. It's like the place had never been cleaned.
The staff are all miserable. They genuinely looked like all of their family had simultaneously died before the left for work, and this showed with their customer service. I watched a customer have his food handed to him, only for the staff member handing it over to drop something on the floor. The customer didn't receive an apology, and didn't have the item replaced for another 7-8 minutes.
My girlfriend and I were 1 of 3 orders they had from customers in store, and we barely ordered anything. However, it took over 20 minutes for us to get our food. Ridiculous.

Read moreI was desperate for something to eat and I as someone not from the North East didn't have a clue what the girl behind the counter was saying as she spoke so quickly. I repeatedly asked her politely if she could repeat what she had said in a slower way. I asked over 4x but to no avail. In the end I simply nodded my head to the additional food products she was offering. In the end I didn't enjoy the additional products she sold me as they were not what I wanted. I had a taxi waiting and whilst I waited over 15 minutes for my meal as the additional products that I didn't want or enjoy were not ready. There were at least 6 sets of customers who where served their food after I ordered my 2 box set meals who received their meals before I did. Could this be because I couldn't understand the girl who served me. I come from London and I believe that she should have slowed her accent down or not be allowed to actually serve customers until she matures enough to have this understanding that some people are NOT GEORDIES!! I got my food and pointed out that she might like to slow down when speaking to people not from the area. Upset as I all I received was a mere GIGGLE, like the little school girl she obviously is.
