The most amazing food. Being Italian it makes it difficult to find authentic places but this little gem makes you feel like you’re in Naples. Not just because of the delicious food, or the gorgeous Italian people who work there, but the decor and the ambiance. Will definitely be back. A special mention for the chunky chips….wow!!

Highly recommended if you are a student of Newcastle uni. It is near the sport centre and medical school. Since there really isn't much great food in that area so it's really awesome 😎👍 that a relatively cheap and decent option around. Great garlic bread by the eay.

Delicious pizza and mixed salad lunch served very quickly by friendly staff. Best pizza I’ve had in ages, very nice salad with zingy balsamic dressing. Cup of tea was great too! Highly recommended!

Little Nino's is a family-run local business, serving up delicious food at a great price in a casual and pleasant venue. Lovely big windows make it full of light, and the cafe style means you can pop in for a quick bite on your own, or enjoy a lengthy meal with many courses, whatever you want. The background noise level was just right, allowing a sense of atmosphere and providing a degree of privacy from being too closely overheard by other tables, but also quiet enough so it didn't interfere with hearing our own conversation. The prices are cafe prices rather than restaurant prices, and the pizzas were lovely. I'd recommend reserving a table beforehand, but since people are coming and going and the space is utilised well, you'd probably have a decent chance of getting a table even without a reservation. There's one toilet through the back of the building, not posh but was clean and decent. You can pay by credit card, and you will receive a very warm welcome here. I'll definitely be...

I visited with a work colleague on our lunch break after hearing great things about this place – we both work for the NHS nearby – and it truly didn’t disappoint!

We were greeted by a lovely young lady who was warm, friendly, and happy to chat. She shared a little about her Italian roots and their family business, which made the experience feel even more authentic.

We ordered Polpette antipasti and Gamberoni all’aglio to start, followed by a pepperoni pizza and lasagna. Every dish was bursting with flavour and very reasonably priced.

We also noticed they serve alcoholic drinks, so I’ll definitely be coming back in the evening to try some of their cocktails.

Overall – delicious food, genuine hospitality, and a wonderful atmosphere. Great to see real Italians bringing authentic food to the area. Highly recommended! We will...

Popped in today for lunch with my daughter - not a lot of seating, but we managed to grab a table.

Service was excellent (order taken immediately, wait was probably just under 10 minutes for food) and food was delicious (opted for a Bolognese pizza and chips and a drink which came to around £13).

Staff were lovely and brilliant with my young daughter. Everyone who came in to be served was greeted in a friendly manner - there were clearly a lot of repeat visitors.

We've used them for takeaway before but wouldn't hesitate to visit again for lunch. Thanks again.

Edit March 2025: Visited again since they've expanded - food and service brilliant again, and place is dog friendly too so was able to sit in. ...
