We were a party of 4, we hadn't booked a table but we were still able to get one, when we were sat down we weren't pressured to order, when we ordered the food it arrived really quickly and all of the dishes were made fresh and were top quality, the pizza is huge and the price for the pizza was not expensive for what you get, all of the servers were polite, friendly and always had us laughing, there was a really nice buzz in the restaurant, the lay out is really good so even though it was busy you were not having to shout over the table to have a conversation. Would recommend Luis to anyone who is thinking of visiting, I was here on a business trip but anytime I am back in Newcastle I will ensure I come back here as everything was faultless, top class service guys keep up the amazing service and food you provide, even the drinks were...

All in all a disappointing visit. Had been in touch with the restaurant to book our table a good few weeks before we went. Got a really lovely and friendly reply, we had been before when it was Sabas a few years back. Was really looking forward to going back. When we turned up, the guy at the bar ignored me for what seemed like forever, then finally someone (I can only assume the owner) seated us right at the back (we had our 2 year old). We ordered a lot of food and spent quite a lot of money, but guy who served us was just really unfriendly and the owner just ignored us. Pretty disappointing. Strange atmosphere- can't make up its mind what it is. Is is a restaurant or a bar? Food nothing like it...

Fantastic find that was recommended on the Newcastle Foodies site on FB. The staff could not have been nicer/friendlier from the initial phone call booking the table to us leaving/falling out the door! We booked bottomless brunch for a celebration and it was a fantastic experience. The cocktails were fabulous and all the food was delicious (lots of small plates) in particular the firecracker chicken, beef slider, chicken Milanese and bruschetta. Daniel who looked after us could not have made our experience anymore enjoyable, he was very friendly and accommodating to four tipsy ladies!
