There are plenty of other fun things to do in Newcastle than this. We went for my friend’s birthday as a group of 4 and I paid for 2 hours. They took my bank card as a deposit in case one of the guns were broken during our visit which I found uncomfortable. I had to sign a piece of paper that said if the guns were found to be damaged at all they would charge my card £500.

You can only use the pistols (only 2 of them, so a bit boring if you are in a party of more than 2) unless you pay more to upgrade, only then can you use the rifles and other guns showed to you at the start of the game. This we found to be a bit cheeky and opted not to waste our money upgrading. The games were very repetitive and laggy, responding very slowly and only every other fire. You can hardly say it is multiplayer because all games are designed for one person shooting (even the ones that say 2 shooters are sharing the same ammo so it pauses to reload every 3 seconds). We left after 45 minutes despite booking for 2 hours and no one even asked why we had decided to call it quits so early. Needless to say they didn’t acknowledge it was my friend’s birthday despite me making a point of it when booking. Definitely won’t be coming back which we are sad about as the concept...

the husband organised this for my birthday speaking to Kyle who I assume is the manager, told the hubby that there was no rush just chill relax environment... so we were 15 mins late to start due to someone else being on our lane no mention of a 1 hour slot we had food, went out for a vape on our way back in i asked how many games we paid for to be told we had 10 mins left to play. we had a grand total of 1 game played had we of known it was 1 hour we wouldn't of paid for food and eaten in. absolutely fuming at the way were treat to then recieve the bill to find a ÂŁ8.98 service charge !!!! would not recommend going i am absolutely devastated and to say it has spoilt my birthday is an understatement!!!! After investing by the said manager he looked into everything and brought up us posting photos on Facebook which 100% was true and in the moment as soon as the demonstration was over at 18:24pm which would compromise the timeline that the manager has put together absolutely fuming that said manager has gone through my Facebook my fault I know for privacy settings which will now be changed for him to like one of my posts that was for work as I am a recruiter. What was the...

Quality little joint in the middle of the city. Had a cheeky quiet Sunday afternoon sesh. Ranges are easy to use, super relaxed and you get a little tutorial at the start as well as some pretty extensive hands on help if you need it throughout. Split a pizza and a side with the Mrs and it was standard fare. Was impressed how good the pizza was for how much it is, but the real star was the cocktail menu. Will 100% be back a few times to work our way through them. The only downside I would say is the prices for the ranges are a bit steep, especially during peak times, and the base range cost only covers two side arms (for us it was the Glock and the Desert Eagle - though the website advertised the M19 11). To get the Ak-47 and the M4-A1 it was an extra ÂŁ10 per weapon. Some quick math you're looking at potentially as much as ÂŁ60+ during peak times for 2 people for just an hour, and that's before you've even ordered drinks. It definitely feels like it would be better suited to parties of 3-6. Definitely a novelty and despite misgivings about the prices I will 100% be going back - though not often - to spend some more time there and maybe, just maybe, get on the...

At first I was kinda sceptical about the entertainment value of this activity. I was more than pleasantly surprised. You get a real fun arcade like shooting experience. Don't expect the recoil or sounds of a real gun. What you do get is a lot of laughs, cool memories, a whole bunch of different competitive virtual shooting games and most of all a very nice experience. The 1,5 hours of bottomless brunch we ordered flew by. The beer flowed like a river, the pizza was delicious and the shooting was a blast. The personnel was enthusiastic and friendly. They are approachable online, even when closed, the day after if you forget to take all your belongings with you It's not a must during your stay in newcastle, but I would advice it. You won't regret it.

I had recently been here with my colleagues and I can confirm that the food they serve is horrible. They have a very few options available and that too they prepare. We had limited options of bottomless drinks and even after trying 4 different alcoholic drinks, I couldn't feel the liquor in it. I had ordered Cauliflower bites and they were very much under cooked, I could taste the raw batter, also the portion was very less. The shooting games were good, especially when you are with your friends and colleagues. The guns lack in recoil/force feedback, which is the biggest drawback. If they add a small feedback motor then the experience will be quite immersive. I went here for an event, but will never go again, even if it's sponsored.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Great team, but tech needs updating Visited Point Blank recently — the staff were fantastic, really polite, helpful, and very accommodating throughout the session. Can’t fault the team at all. However, the technology definitely needs some attention. The edge of the screen wasn’t responsive, which made some of the games difficult — especially those that required aiming in the corners. One of the guns also wouldn’t recalibrate properly, which limited the game choices even further. There was also some noticeable lag during play, which affected the overall experience. Could be a great venue with a tech refresh, but at the moment I wouldn’t rush back until the equipment’s improved
