I see a lot of reviews from customers regarding their service. It is by far the WORST customer service on the west road and that is saying something. Won’t be going back. Asian man behind the counter seems like he’s getting forced to work there. No smile whatsoever. I had a big order. Everytime I kept adding something he kept sighing. What a joke the guy is. Seemed like he was smashing the toppings on. Ordered a lot of cookies and he got angry. Maybe wanted to take them home? Looks like he’s been eating a lot of them. Ordered through Uber eats. I'm in a wheelchair. I was sat at my door waiting the driver tried calling I then tried calling the driver back but the number was blocked so could not call him. I then tried to call the shop and still the number did not work. No delivery was attempted or I would of seen the driver in my comunual garden. Contacted Uber but they say the driver was at my property for 12 minutes. Obviously bullshite. I still been charged for an order that did not turn up no refund can't call the shop no customer service whatsoever. Shocking service. I will not give in thought I want my money back for a order that wasn't even attempted to be delivered. Won't be using this store again....

I was there last night for a pizza sub, have had it at other locations and it was amazing. The guy behind the counter said it doesnt go with any sauce put no sauce on it didn't melt the cheese as its supposed to be and told me the toppings are usually nothing which i requested anyway, because at that point i felt like he just wanted us out of the store on a saturday night. I threw most of it out as its the worst sub ive ever had at a subway. Ive been to this subway location many times, never again due to this one employee. If you dont want to be at work then quit but please dont waste the money of your customers on garbage food because you are...
