🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Fantastic experience at USA Chicken Newport!

I’d like to share how incredibly satisfied I am after my recent visit to USA Chicken Newport. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a big smile and genuine hospitality – it truly made a great impression on me.

The customer service was absolutely top-class, and I have to give special credit to Rozi Khan, who made the visit extra pleasant. Rozi was professional, friendly, and extremely attentive. It’s rare these days to meet someone who genuinely cares about giving customers a great experience. He took the time to make sure everything was perfect, answered questions patiently, and made me feel truly valued.

As for the food – WOW! 🍗🔥 Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The chicken was juicy and crispy, the fries were golden and just salty enough, and the portions were more than generous. You can really tell they put love and quality into everything they serve.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves praise. I highly recommend USA Chicken Newport to anyone looking for great food and fantastic service. I will definitely be coming back – and I hope to be served by Rozi Khan again!

Walked in here after searching for food as I'm spending the night locally and saw that they advertise 6 pieces of chicken for £9-80 snd I checked my bank account only to find out that they charged me £10-80 so where does this extra £1-00 charge cone from as ot can't be a card fee as tgey didn't say there was a fee.

As for the food, chicken needs a little little bit more cooking time, the batter needs a bit more consistency too it to help it stick better and FAR LESS SALT...gave up as eating as too much salt ...bleerrrg

It is called "False advertising" showing one price on the board upon entry and then charging another price...

Wouldn't even give this place a star rating. Partner order food for when I had finished work for 18:45 food arrived half hour early. When partner rang up to complain the owner was very rude saying he can't be bothered and he is too busy to deal with the complaint. He then said he would come and get the food and cancel order but didn't offer a refund. Luckily I was home 5 minutes after the food arrived but was cold and tasted like it had just been sat around for ages Also found a long blonde/white hair on my food Safe to say will never be ordering from here again Rude...
