Burger King — Restaurant in Newry, Mourne and Down District Council

Sadly, I have to echo what a lot of other customers have said: a dirty, messy restaurant where staff don't seem to care. First impressions as you walk in, is the floor is covered in litter, but clearly nobody ever sweeps it. A few tables covered in litter as well.

About 20 minutes standing in the queue for your order to be prepared - staff shouts out your number so you have to stay close to the counter the full time. While I was waiting, a female customer kept going back and forth from the bathroom to the counter complaining about something, but the staff said they couldn't help. Staff looked bored/frustrated.

Once order was ready, it was wrong - we didn't say anything and just ate. Burger was OK, fries were hard, and meh

Our table was close to the bathroom, and the bathroom door was open so I could see how dirty it was: toilet paper everywhere on the floor. I had to go and close it so I wouldn't have to eat with that view. Family and I pretty shocked, decided to use the shopping centre toilets instead of that bathroom. After the same customer complained again, one from the staff went into toilet with a bunch of paper tissues...

Overall a negative experience and a horrible image for such...

Very poor service, delivery orders given preference over counter orders, staff have an attitude problem, spoke to 2 of them who just ignored me as the delivery orders were more important than the large queue at the counter, I had to ask if anyone was taking orders. After having waited 10 min to order they took someone else's order 1st . The person taking my order was so disinterested no smile no would you like any extras just not interested in engagement with customers, food took ages too , tables floors & toilets were rotten dirty, no cleaning happening at this franchise very disappointing as food was not to bad & actually hot unlike most other Burger...

Hopeless, one cook standing outfront talking to her freind's instead of working, one cook (slow), on guy waiting to pit food on trays, one guy serving, sooooooooo slow, then he stops to wipe trays and not serve for 5 min while other guy watches. Finally got to order and sunday machine, the reason we went is broken, I gave up and walked out. Utterly hopeless. No one told them about fast food. 15 minutes wasted for nothing. Eat...
