Great atmosphere. Trendy geouS and genuinely down to earth. Proffesional. Staff very friendly and hard working. Not silver service. We haf to be with the times and gear at all times as I myself traned above commie both at cheifing and waiting on tables that any what would call high class catering and all and down town with no airs are graces a great spot to snack in!!! look around and take in and be comfortable. Been there and never looked or frowned apone for my theatrical moods even!!! Early brwakfasts served. my outward,, may it be interacting with staff costumers or indeed both. Never oversteping I hope and lovely dishes and glad of the down to earth Welcome. Surley a great place to eat and enjoy although sometimes very busy if at anytime. Your privacy insured and can come to ground with young and peers as seen in and theyer a tier never overstepping. They seem to ceater and there is room for all. Ta. Need to improve customer service here - Visited here to meet a friend on Wed evening 8/1/20. Place was busy but not packed. Waited for 15 mins with no service. Had to go up to front counter and ask if someone would take my order. Young girl busy on her mobile said she would get me sorted "even though I am on my break" she said, and would take my order . Then a young lad came down (didnt realise he was staff as he was talking to someone for the 15mins I was waiting), and took my cajun chicken sandwich order. My latte arrived quickly. Another 15 mins later my sandwich arrived. So thats 30 mins + to get a sandwich. Food was ok. Barry - get better more attentive staff please. New review: I have beem calling in again for the last few Sundays and I have to say I have been quite impressed. The staff have been very nice and the coffee has (for me anyway) got better. It is always quite busy, so the staff are always on the go, but as a customer I have never felt rushed. So all-in-all I have to say it is a nice wee place to spend some time reading or chatting to friends. So my 2 stars goes to 4.
