So disappointed with my visit at Greggs on Thursday 26th June. It was beyond disgusting and dirty everywhere, all the tables and floor was COVERED in food and drinks. Everyone there was also talking about how horrible it was, and it’s not the first that I’ve been in there when it’s been so bad! Really need more staff in there so that there’s someone cleaning and sweeping the seating area! We pay extra if we want to sit in just so we are sat in filth. To top this all off I needed to change my baby desperately and took him into the toilet, and it was beyond dirty in there! I tried to ignore it and tried to change my baby quickly. Put down the baby changing unit and then saw how filthy that was!! 🤢 does anyone ever clean in there? So disappointed and...

Great staff. Food, when hot is good. However, find that 70% of the time food has gone cold in the hot plate. Very disappointing as we dont spend our hard earned money for cold gross food. In my line if work (similar to this) food MUST cooked at 75 degrees and can stay in the hot plate until 65 degrees due to health and safety regulations then cannot be aerved ir thrown, this also applies to pastries. Do these same regulations not apply to greggs? Yet another...

This Greggs has only been open a couple of months. It’s still shiny new. The display of foods is good and their breakfast deals are very good value. Quick service too. Breakfast baguette was tasty and fillings were hot.

There are about 8 Eat In tables within the store for those who do not want a take a way.
