Pleasant restaurant, quite busy on the day I was there but still a few tables available.
I had olives as a starter(£6) and a Neapolitan pizza (£12.50 plus £1.50 for each extra topping) as my main.
As I was dining alone maybe less olives but some bread with it would’ve been better. The pizza was large but rather bland tasting, and I prefer to use a knife and fork but it was really hard to cut through.
Service was pleasant but not notable.
A good point was that when paying by card they skipped the service charge option so I just paid for what I had and took the remainder of the pizza away with me.
If I was to go again I’d maybe try the pasta instead although £16 for either vegetarian dish is a little...

We had crispy whitebait beautifully presented and oozing cheesy garlic ciabatta, followed by a HUGE and gorgeous pizza and equally delicious chicken and mushroom penne. Alas we had no room for pudding but the espresso was hot and refreshingly strong. The facilities downstairs looked brand new and sparkling clean, always a bonus. Having visited Lynton many times over the last 50 years this was new since our last foray here and we are delighted it’s here! This was our first and definitely not our last visit. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. They took our order quickly, and our pizzas arrived at the table in no time. The atmosphere of the place was also very pleasant and relaxing. They are very meticulous about cleanliness as well.
