Lucky Star — Restaurant in North Kesteven

We ordered food from just eat. Not only they messed up our order but they were extremely rude on the phone. I was reading them my order and they told me that I was wrong. eventually they realised that they were reading the wrong order. I asked for the special rice that they forgot to give me and a bottle of coke 1.5l. when the driver came back to bring us the forgotten coke and the rice, he told my son that they wouldn't give us the rice as they believed that they gave it to us. Ordered at 5:45pm, food was due to arrive by 7:10pm but by 10pm the food had still not arrived. My order was Updated twice on Just Eat to say it had been delivered when it hadn’t. No response from calls to restaurant or via Just eat sending the restaurant reminders.

Took over 30 minutes to get through to them on the phone, just to be told oh well the order has been cancelled!! I didn't feel well so didn't want to drive to get food.
