I would love to give this business a higher rating but the reason for the low rating is as follows:
-A few months ago we were ordering ice cream and wanted to sit in about 15-20 minutes before closing. Even though the chairs weren’t packed away yet the staff refused us and were quite rude about it at the time. Don’t remember who it was nor do I know if they still work there but it wasn’t very pleasant.
-This place used to do lovely hot doughnuts. But for some reason they’ve rid themselves of all the equipment and scrapped it. The ice cream is pretty good but now there are no doughnuts for some reason. Maybe a lower review will catch their attention and get them to reconsider...
Read morewent in for a whole chocolate cake, defrosted it as directed. A few hours later there was a funny smell, turned out it was coming form the cake! we tried some and it was very nasty tasting. It tasted like 3 month old burnt chip pan oil. sadly the shop was closed and it was our last day in the area and the shop did not open until 10am the next morning so we had to bin the whole cake. they go full fat, gluten free and vegan. i suspect we was given the vegan one by mistake after looking up the nasty smell and taste online and it seen vegan food can use oil instead of butter. I hope this was the case but sadly we was down £9 and had to throw the whole cake it...
Read moreArre wah! What a fantastic place for ice cream and coffee! The ice cream here is absolutely creamy and full of flavor, just like the kulfi we enjoy back home and with so many enjoyable varieties to try, mazaa hi mazaa!
And the coffee? Arre, ekdum zabardast! Perfectly brewed, strong, and full of aroma, just the way we like it. We had the a hot espresso with a cold scoop of ice cream….bhai, that is next-level enjoyment! The staff is very warm and the whole place has a welcoming vibe.
Love the good ice cream and a solid cup of coffee, you must visit, we will be again. Bilkul...
