Parking not great, they gave us wrong room to start with but soon changed it. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Tv didn't work, dirty soaps left in shower. Bed was comfy. Fantastic sports bar in Whitley Bay. Good selection of beers and LOADS of screens. Visited hoping to watch F1 qualifying, but walked in to find tennis on all the screens (understandably - it was a Wimbledon semi). The chap behind the bar couldn't have been more helpful - put F1 on a couple of the screens for me and turned the sound up so I could hear. Great...
