Domino's Pizza - Banbridge — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Disastrous last 3 orders....week 1 was late by nearly an hour Lucy kept putting me on hold to investigate then picking up call again as if fresh call and I had to remind her she had put me on hold....crazy.. following week driver arrived with food we hadn't ordered...turned out was reorder from previous week.... then week 2 voucher was against partners tel no so couldn't use nor were we advised despite our late order being online order could only use voucher against telephone orders. Tonight week 3 order 25 minutes late....food cold and our "Hot & Spicy" was literally like a margherita were so little toppings on it.....disaster after disaster after disaster. Think I'll be reverting to Sainsbury's freshly made pizza counter where I can rely on quality as well as getting what I order and enjoy it in a timely manner rather than waiting for it to b driven halfway round the country then it's cold....btw I was asked tonight when rang about lack of toppings whether I had handed pizza back to driver or accepted it!!!!!!!!!!!! Do we have to open pizzas now on doorstep in dark to check they ok????? Thought this up to your quality checker to do this not customer who has paid 40+ for rubbish customers service and cold tastless food.....needless say won't...

Placed an order on Wednesday evening 18/12 order number 614787279. The order went in the opposit direction and didnt arrive for an hour with no apology. The order was cold so i called the store and organised a re deliver which never turned up. I phoned back 50 minutes later to be hung up on twice then handed over to a foreign woman who had to get a translator to speak with me, the order was (AGAIN) re ordered after agreeing to an hour wait as they where busy. To my surprise it didn't turn up!!. After a long conversation with Mathew the area manager the following day I was promised a re order and a coupon as an apology for the terrible service, I have just phoned to order food (friday 20/12) and was told there is no record of my order or coupon. My friends and i rang dominos 6 times before we got an answer. After they answered, the person said “hello” and put the phone straight down. My friends and i decided to walk down as we knew they were not going to work with us over the phone. We then arrived and order our food. Whilst waiting on the food we watched the phone ring constantly and no one answered, we watched the lady worker sit and scroll on whatsapp without answering the phone, the man then answered then he hung up straight away. Not only this but we then watched one of the lady workers eat the cookies with no gloves on then proceed to but her hands on our pizzas. I also did not receive the right amount of change and i am very not happy with dominos. (Banbridge dominos)...
