Domino's Pizza - Belfast - East Point Entertainment Village — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

We used to get many deliveries from here, some hit and miss, but tonight for a birthday treat ordered but had to create a new account to order & collect. Didn't ask for a name but email address etc. Generically it named my account as 'pizza lover' I sent the wife in to collect as her card was used for purchase and gave her order number, she came back and said that order number didn't exist and said something about 'pizza lovers' she went back in with screenshot of my order that its to be collected from there. She then came back saying they made her feel stupid so I went in, the fella was a smirking looking creep when I asked why there was an issue. I explained I had only created a new account and don't know where 'pizza lovers' came from, I said I used my sons email as mine was locked out. He had the audacity to say my son named it that! When I returned to the car my wife even said they told her that it may have been me who set up the account was messing about. Besides where or how pizza lovers came from its the fact they said our order number didn't exist when it did, and my wife was collecting as it was her card, nobody was messing around but they seemed to think that and try and make a prat out of me and the wife but doesnt work out that way. After this unacceptable behaviour from this patronising w@nker, we will never order anything from this $hithole again. They're a total ripoff and elsewhere is better. I could make better pizzas blindfolded. No wonder they lose business, they just lost another...

Ordered 2 pizzas, dough balls & cookies for collection. Waited for the text to say it was ready to collect, when I got inside despite being the only customer there I waited 5 minutes before anyone approached me. When I got my order they hadn’t given me the dough balls, so I went back inside & the girl told me they hadn’t been put on, so I’d need to wait 8 minutes for them to be cooked. I waited, and after about 10 minutes a small box was put on the shelf to show it was ready, but the staff were all in a huddle talking and laughing. So after another 10 minutes of staff standing around talking to eachother, finally someone noticed the box & brought it to me. Ended up being in Domino’s for 30 minutes - the most unprofessional, unorganised takeaway I’ve ever been in....

I have had a few bad experiences at this place since it opened from leaving my pregnant wife standing waiting on food that was sitting ready for over 20 minutes and the food was cold and she complained but they didn’t want to do anything. Then I tried to phone an order a gluten free over the phone because I have an intolerance to gluten and would make me very ill but I was refused to order my pizza I was told to do it over the internet or the app but their store was not on the app. Left me feeling very discriminated against they say you can’t order gluten free over the phone I case they put something on my pizza that contains gluten but I can go to any other restaurant or take away in the area and they are very helpful with my intolerance but sadly...
