left off my sons kids meal off our order, spent near £40 in here, rang up and asked to speak to the big fella with the blonde hair and this girl immediately copped an attitude and went 'well thats rude' I said thats not rude thats the boy who took my husband's order and he wanted to speak to him to see what could be done and the boy who took the order admitted he forgot to add it to the order but didn't offer any apology or solution, asked to speak to the manager and some cheeky teenage girl come on the phone with an attitude shouting over me from the get go, zero customer service skills. Husband identified her as the girl behind the counter with a bad attitude when he asked if the gravy was included as the past 3 weeks they said it has been but get home it hasn't. Anyways she said the meal wasn't added so if you want it you have to come in and reorder it. I asked whether she was gonna reimburse our fuel for THEIR mistake and she just shouted either come and get it or don't and hung the phone up on me! No whoever the real manager is of this place I'd recommend sorting your staff put because this mouth is loosing you customers hand over fist, an absolute liability to your business. Your staff should be held accountable for their mistakes and customers should not be spoken to the way I was spoken to. By the way her name was Tori and she said she was the manager except she sounded like a stroppy 15 year old with and attitude. My suggestion is your staff double check the order and then check again when putting the order in the bag to avoid this happening, and then if it does happen, as we all understand mistakes happen YOU rectify YOUR mistakes not give the...

I've been going here for years and it's changed a lot, chicken still tastes amazing however its the staff is the problem, having the rolled eyes because I come in to order and it's not even a big order (3 chicken strips and a gravy) and I get the card machine slammed in front of me and then my food slammer up in front too... it doesn't take much but the staff I've noticed the past while are young ones that couldn't care less, they're on their phones talking to you and then when you walk to sit or leave they start making Jokes and it's such a shame I love the chicken from here too. Doubt I'll be back after this and its been going on weeks...

Food was hot is all I can say about it but that's it. place was filthy dirty and the tables were covered in sauce and all sorts we had to ask for a cloth to clean it ourselves and were handed a stinking dirty soaking tea towel while the two guys behind the counter played on their phones.. should have turned around and walked out there and then but the kids were moaning about being hungry and it was raining so didn't want to walk anywhere eles (should have made them) never be back through the doors of this place half cooked chips soggy chicken it was terrible only giving it a 1 star so I can write a review -5 is what...
