Oh dear Subway at the Omniplex in Lisburn. What terrible service and attitude from the staff and probably the worste sandwich ever served to me. Only wanted a cheese foot long and the girl made the sandwich with 4 slices of cheese only. This amount of cheese didn’t even cover the bread and she’d over lapped so there were big gaps of just plain bread. When I commented the cheese didn’t cover the bread she was saying, and her colleague chimed in ‘you can only have 4 lol!!! 4 slices is not sufficient for a cheese only sandwich, maybe as a topping on a tuna, but not on its own. At least spread it out evenly if you’re using 4 so the bread is covered!! Anyway, they were so ridiculous in their response and attitude I could only laugh at them. You couldn’t even get annoyed by the way they behaved 🤣. Just a refund and left. I took a pic of the stupid sandwich they were charging me nearly £6 for 🤣🤣. Read moreWent in and there are two self service machines. Asked could they take our order at the counter but no, they can't, it's up to you to try and navigate their EPOS system. Queue is ridiculous. It's clearly so they can prioritise the people using Just Eat but it takes away from coming to the restaurant and having to go through an ordeal just to get your order in. The place wasn't very clean at all, had to wipe down a table to get somewhere to sit. The staff have a rotten attitude. Got our sandwiches and both wrong, whether that's us ordering at the point wrong or them making it wrong who knows, can't be arsed arguing with snarky teenagers who don't want to be here on a Saturday..£14 for two poorly made 6 inch sandwiches with incorrect ingredients. Read moreIf I was the franchise owner of this store I would be deeply concerned. I used to only go in on Tuesday evening when kids were attending a class nearby. Religiously, I would be in at 7.15pm. To the best of my knowledge it was open to 9.00pm. On arrival it was nearly always sectioned off as they were already cleaning for close(bad atmosphere) . The coffee machine was never on, always off for cleaning(you don't close for nearly two hrs) go to costa was the response I got one night which I couldn't believe. Another evening same male, rude to young kids, some had ordered from screen other were using app. Told they had to leave if not ordering food. Why would they have to leave if two friends were ordering? Just a really poorly managed store that needs a check up and certain staff either retrained or moved on, irrespective of how difficult it is...
