Amazing food. Excellent customer service. Large portions. Affordable prices. Tastes delicious. The staff are kind, polite and great at conversations. Their house coffee tastes great. Definitely recommend their Buster breakfast. Great for weekends. Definitely recommend Bond Street Cafe. Will go again. šŸ˜

Traditional English cafe experience. I had a bumper full English vegetarian breakfast and a mug of tea. Really good. Friendly welcome from the staff and the price is alright. Probably not the place to take someone on your first date.

I came in to grab a coffee before work, lovely little place, family run, everything looks cooked to order. Friendly customer service, very nice coffee. They accept cards and cash, have a good vegetarian menu and more too.

I visited this cafe today with my mum and daughter I hate giving bad reviews but I feel on this occasion it’s a must Having ordered our breakfast,S and drinks costing over Ā£26 pounds (and only small breakfast) so I thought was a little over priced When giving our breakfasts the chips are soaked in fat literally dripping out the plate is running in grease definitely not like the pics of the other reviews I don’t know where they have got there pics from but definitely not from this cafe I had a long black curly hair winded in my chips told the lady and she did give me a fresh plate of food but obviously my mum and daughter had finished there food before mine came out also I was missing toast my mum had to go to ask for my toast Plus my mum was missing beans and my daughter was missing hash browns of which we never asked for because we was just fed up of keep getting up and down and we already agreed that we will never use the cafe again I don’t want to put anyone off of using the cafe because everyone’s opinion is different but I’m aloud my opinion and my opinion is that it’s over priced because you don’t get everything that you pay for and it’s very very greasy heart attack on a plate Probably one of the worst places I’ve ever...

I have found bond street cafe to be one of the best cafe's around norwich. Excellent service, great food and lovely staff. Until I went in on Saturday. I had never felt so judged in all my life. I came in wearing some very comfortable clothes. Admittedly they where maybe a little bright and colourful for a gloomy Saturday morning. But the treatment I got was terrible. we asked for water with our brekfast And the lady said yes. Some time went by and I went and asked again. She told me she said she would do it when she wasn't busy anymore. That was a lie. All she said was yes at the till. Then they left our cutlery at the till and didn't say anything. This may be standard practice but previously they had brought it over. They also left a couple items off my breakfast. Had these all been accidents I could have left it. But the more I think about it the more I see it was because I feel they didn't like or want me and my partner in there. Because of what I was wearing. I feel disgusted and ashamed that people in this country can still be hurtful and judge people the way they did. I still want to enjoy this cafe. Just don't want to feel awkward for wearing the clothes I find...

Been going here for years, had a horrible experience yesterday with a rude hostile women who took my order from the counter. Never had issues before with removing items from breakfast and substituting with something else, instead without telling me yesterday she removed items and charged me extra for the swapped items, which I explained if that’s the case I’ll keep the removed items if I’m paying for them, she huffed at me like I was messing her around when in fact she should of explained what she was doing even though it’s never been an issue the 100 odd other times I’ve been, in good spirit as a joke I turned to my pals behind me who was waiting to order that we should of went to the cafe round the corner (Hartys) she didn’t take this lightly. Even resulted in my portion sizes being changed, comparing my mates plates to...
