Overall a dreadful experience. I was excited upon seeing that the branch is now halal and wanted to enjoy some 'famous' Jollibee foods so I went in and ordered several things that were even more disapointing than I was excited initially. All food was lukewarm at best, dry and incredibly bland.
Joli Burger: 2 lukewarm, thin and bland meat patties in between buns of blandness. Overall a mediocre burger that looks absolutely nothing like the advertisement. 1/5 🌟
Joli Spaghetti: Primary school slop, literally tomato sauce and spaghetti, for £5 a portion I could get better from a food bank. 0.5/5 🌟
Double Spicy Chicken Burger: Best looking thing by far but that's where the positives end unfortunately. It was dry and unseasoned except for the slightest hint of spice. Needed way more sauce and salad for something that was like eating 2 pieces of spicy wood. 1.5/5 🌟
Fries: You can't really go wrong with fries so these was actually alright, definitely not fresh but it's just your average fast food fries. 3/5 🌟
Joli 'Joy' Chicken: Honestly, I felt more disappointment than Joy with this piece of 'Dried' chicken. It may have been fresh one day that week but it was like eating sandalwood by the time I got to it. 1/5 🌟

Was it worth it? No, not at all. This place clearly has an issue with making fresh or flavoured food. A dreadful experience where satisfaction was but a fleeting dream after I started eating and felt more like a nightmare after my soul's moisture was stolen...

5 mins later they shout the order number I was three steps away from the counter yet some other person swooped in and grabbed the order and ran out. Obviously not the girls fault, they did it so quickly she had no chance.
She immediately ran to her manager to inform her.
I’m patiently waiting for the manager to approach us and apologise and confirm she will arrange another order for us. To my surprise she’s not bothered and does not even acknowledge us I had to call her over. She was rude loud and seems left all her customer services skills in the basement.
I had the order made within 5 mins , again I expected for her to apologise to us for the delay or inconvenience. The girl from initial incident came over to apologise and I re assured her it was not her fault but I would like to speak to the manager.
Again she was in no hurry to come to see us and when she did she was rude and loud I asked why are you shouting she claimed I was so he can. I was not rude or loud.

Read moreMy reviews on this Jollibee have been relatively positive. When you guys are on, your food is so good. TODAY however you were not on and it’s the second time in a row so I’ll complete the Google review that keeps coming up.
Today’s experience was straight up disrespectful. Starting with getting handed a torn bag by my Uber eats delivery driver and a quiet, “sorry, give me a good review, okay?” Quick wave off, yeah sure, no one really ever gets a bad review from me, you know what to expect.
Get into my flat, part the bag, peach mango pie missing yet again, dope, second time in a row, however, still doing better than the local KFC which sent me 0 of the items that I asked for so, it’s probably fine. Fries upside down so all over the to go bag, gravity is a thing, nothing to complain about, scoop them up and move on.
Then the chicken. Asked in app for three chicken thighs. Nope. Leg, thigh, breast. They had clearly been sitting out for a while as they were dry (but seasoned well to be fair).
Today wasn’t your best day. Normally you’re much better. I think in future I’ll probably just stop by in person.
Better day tomorrow, you’re still good in my book but just no more ordering for delivery....
