"I had placed a pre-order for 50 churrascos which he was not capable to give me 20 chicken churrascos but only 15 .. from a shop that sells them individually. I traveled from Sheffield to collect the order the next day, which took me two hours. However, when I received and paid for my order, I noticed that the person had stretched the meat to make more portions compared to the previous churrascos. It was disappointing to see this because it's not fair for them to not understand that the products are being resold to other customers.

Moreover, when I contacted them to complain about what happened and share my feedback, they completely ignored my concerns. It felt as if my concerns were not important to them and that they didn't value my feedback. This lack of consideration for their customers is truly disheartening.

As a result, I have decided that I will never waste my petrol and time to buy from this company again. Their disregard for customers is unacceptable, and it's clear that they do not treat all customers equally. It's a shame that such behavior exists, and it reinforces my decision to take my...

We drove over an hour to visit this lovely little Brazilian shop, and we were super impressed with the amazing staff, and items available. They’re very welcoming and friendly, and because we aren’t familiar with Brazilian cuisine, the gentleman gave us some guidance and suggestions. We ordered some chicken drumsticks, Chicken skewers and Beef patties. The presentation was clean and well presented in cool boxes. The marinade for both chickens were delicious. Thank you for sorting the skewers out just the way we ordered. Your Beef patties were huge! No skimping at all. Our Annual BBQ is a success today because of the quality of your meats. Residents and families loved everything.
