Terrible customer service, I had Fedx parcel at nearly 7pm to drop off, as this parcel had to leave next day, this guy refused to take it, said it's too big, he already had taken boxes nearly size of mine, I showed him them I said you already have taken big boxes, he said yes but I won't take yours, he couldn't speak English properly, kept repeating it's too big, I asked him at this time where I'm going to take this parcel, he said take it to post office, nearly 7pm a parcel with printed Fedx label and he wanted me to take it to post office what a joke! I will put complaint to Fedx too as this unprofessional individual will give them a bad name too, I had to drive 3 miles to another shop to drop off this parcel....

Yodel need to remove their service from this place. EXTREMELY RUDE store keeper who refused to even listen to me. If I could give this zero stars I would, avoid this shop at all costs. YODEL NEEDS TO REMOVE THEIR SERVICES FROM HERE. Guy behind the counter is rude and not helpful, do not listen to any reviews on here where they replied and said the printer has been out of service for 3 days, it's been months now!!!
