To whom it may concern

I visited with a few of my friends. We paid for the sheesha we liked. Once at the table, we was called back to the counter to be notified that it is 1 sheesha between 2. If we was notified this at the counter initially then there were no issues. We don’t mind paying for an extra sheesha but in the manner in which the situation was handled infront of other customers was truely disgusting. We ordered some food too. Due to the disrespect, we requested a full refund at which point the sheesha and food were not made. The crooked skinny curley haired thing behind the counter refused the refund, claiming the it costs him money to make the things. With this appauling attitude for a returning customer is not correct. Rather then having returning business, the business has lost customers and will continue to lose with the disgusting attitude. This was the 4th time i have dealt with this thing behind the counter. There were errors made and over charges before but insulting and disrespecting customers infront of other customers is out of order. This thing needs training in how to handle customers and how to respect people at the work place, simple ethics. This would have been ok in 1939 but we are in 2024. This is not a dictatorship, its a customer based business. This air baloon sized ego will certainly be reduced in size when the council trading standards are involved.

I hope this review gives an insight of how customers are dealt with. I await managements reply as we have not recieved a refund...

Manager with curly hair on counter decided to create a new policy of 1 shisha between 2 randomly, bare in mind weve been here before never said anything weve got this policy. We paid for a shisha and some fries. Shisha and food were put on the table and within 20 seconds a waiter told us the manager wanted to speak to us. Bare in mind we haven’t touched the food or shisha the manager starts huffing and puffing. Terrible attitude. Would not give a refund despite being challenged on not telling us about the policy when he was charging us the money. Barr in mind there are tables inside who didnt have 1 shisha between 2, the table to our right was about 6 people but did not have 3 shishas!. Refused outright to give a refund claiming the shisha flavour and food cost him money. If he used his brain and the same energy to make a sign to say i between 2 rather then tell us about the costs involved in operating a business he wouldn’t have had any arguments. Never again. Would urge everyone to avoid this place. I think he is borderline racist thats what im going to put it down to aside from not understanding how to explain your policies and instead huff and puff. Wearing a fitted white shirt does not make u anything special when you cant...
