Food was great but they didn’t give you a plastic bag which other subways do. So when I went to where I needed to be for that day I was just holding a subway in a paper bag that was awkward to hold as there was no handle. I also asked for cookies which the lady asked me to repeat several times and I was talking clearly to her which ones I wanted and after she asked multiple times still gave me the wrong cookie which was weird because the cookie I asked for sounded nothing at all like the cookie she grabbed. In fact she initially grabbed the right cookie and then put it down and grabbed a different one? She also rushed me a little. When I was asking for stuff on my sandwich she asked me what sauce before I finished and I had to urge her back beside I had only asked for lettuce and onion but I also wanted sweetcorn and peppers. I asked for the peppers and felt so bad for asking for more that I didn’t bother asking for the sweetcorn I wanted and moved on to the sauce. So though the experience inside wasn’t great. The...

There I was, on a cold winters evening, slightly intoxicated and I was indecisive about if I wanted a subway or not. When I finally made up my mind. I chose this subway. This would be the one to please me on the train back home to Surrey that night. But no, that was not the case. I walked up to the door and saw a single man sitting inside eating his sub which was a pleasant view. I then entered the building to get greeted by the euphoric smell of subway, but moments later my hopes and dreams of that beautiful sub were shattered. I was told by a member of staff that subway had run out of bread. This made me question a lot of things in life on my train back home. Like what is the point in anything if you can go into an open subway and they tell you that they are completely out of all bread. 1/10 shatters...
