Domino's Pizza - Leicester - Oadby — Restaurant in Oadby and Wigston

Do not order Pizza from this place. Ordered online to Oadby shop as it was on the way back from somewhere(Normally go Wigston) Meal Deal. Picked up on way back no problem. Got home, both pizzas completely wrong pizza, totally covered in chilli's (Not ordered any with chillis) barely any toppings & stone cold. (We ordered for a specific time) Rang up to ask from the pizzas we ordered which they were not interested. Told we would have to come back & collect them if we wanted them as they would not delivery. Argued it was there mistake and they agreed to deliver in over 2 hours time. Told them that wasn't good enough and we would have a refund. Tried to refuse the refund until we kicked up a fuss. Then got told the manager wasn't in & only he could do refund & he would ring back tomorrow. No phone call for 2 days. We rang back, again no manager he would ring back. Again no call back. These went on for 3-4 times. Staff very rude each time. Finally got hold of manager & he said we would have the refund in 2-3working days. Left for 5 days and nothing. Rang back & said refund would be in 2-3 working days. Still nothing, rang back this morning & was told the manager wasn't in till later & he would ring back.... What's the betting he wont. Bad Pizza's, Bad Service. Will not be using...

Just ordered a delivery from dominos which was a small pizza and a garlic bread and I was quite disappointed to be honest. The first disappointment was that the pizza was relatively cold so I don’t know how long it took from The dominos to Knighton was but it tasted like it was cold for quite a while and the second disappointment was now the food. Both pizzas tasted a bit dry and bland. Of course you don’t expect it to be drowned in liquid, but the sauce was dry and it didn’t really taste of tomato pure which I’m very disappointed in and the cheese wasn’t as cheesy as it’s supposed to be. Ordered from just eat as delivery. When called up they said it was collection when I explained I paid 2.99 through just eat for delivery and it said so on the app the lady didn't apologise and was rude and just said well send it out. When I said pls cancel she again unapologetically said fine but go though just eat. Its not my issue and it's something the restaurant should address with just eat. I'm just a consumer. When I explained this is not good enough she said fine! And when I said I don't want to order from them again she said fine and hung up. I wasn't rude just direct. Never will order from oadby...
