Subway — Restaurant in Oadby and Wigston

Very poor service. I called subway because our food was 20mins late, they said the driver wasn't answering his phone. 15 minutes later the driver called to say he was knocking at my door and the person who answered said they hadn't ordered. He wasn't at my door ! I told the driver this, he said he would turn straight round then call me back. I waited 10 minutes..no call ! I text to say where are you ? ...no response. I called subway back who said they would send another out in 25 minutes. The order came and the lady hurried off. That probably because the subway was cold ! the natchos soggy in stale, totally inedible. It wasn't a fresh order, it was the old one ! Never will I order from here again, the staff didn't care about my complaint and their customer service was rubbish ! Half of the food went...

Normally love subway but the Oadby one - ruined it's image for me. Table was dirty chair had rips and stains. I asked for a 6 inch italian and was given hearty Italian when I asked again for italian bread I was told it had ran out. I asked for ham and cheese and got told there was only pepper cheese or cheddar so i had to compromise again. I would've had the steak as well but there was lettuce in the steak which I have a particular dislike for. When we got to the vegetables I asked for sweetcorn and was given LETTUCE. I said I didn't want lettuce and she said there was nothing she could do unless I wanted to pay for...

Usual recipe, construct your sandwich or salad etc. I think the management has changed again at this one. It can be a little hit and miss. Never know what to expect from the staff. On this occasion they kept me on my toes, as I had several sandwiches to order and they would be constructing one and asking me what I wanted on another! Totally confusing me. I appreciate its not hard to do anyway. But these guys seriously know how to confuse you. Suggestion. Why not work on one sandwich at a time! Anyway, other than that not much else to say. Plenty of seating to eat in. I believe they have started to deliver...
