Rollers has been my favourite cafe for years, but the way i was treated by one of the staff has made me feel so embarrassed that i dont even want to go to Oldham town centre anymore. The staff called VALENTINA was so rude she doesn’t know how to handle the cafe when there is more than 4-5 customers she gets confused and makes everyone else confused too. First she said she has no more rolls, then she said yes there are more rolls but will take 15 minutes to be ready, so we waited then she gave us 1 roll when we ordered 4 and claimed she had already gave us the rolls. She was shouting and being so rude everyone was looking. When i asked her who did u give it to because we were sat on the table and there were no plates only the coffee cups but she kept saying i gave them to you. Im sure She must have given our order to someone else because she was so confused. The whole experience so horrible. She wasn’t just rude with customers she was shouting at the other staff too. Some customers were making videos of the whole thing. I was so embarrassed and my family were shocked at how she was behaving. I told her its okay i dont want anything anymore and we left. I dont think i will ever go to Oldham...

Food is good, not a huge range but the pizzas are definitely great for lunch. The cinnamon rolls are obviously always great as it’s what they’re known for.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
The layout of the shop could be a little better, we sat down and felt as though people didn’t know where to queue and ended up queuing at the side of our table which wasn’t ideal.
Maybe after a bit of guidance a proper setup for ordering can be configured.
All in all, a good place to eat in Oldham that offers decent food and an alternative to the numerous chicken shops that plague Union and Yorkshire street....
Read moreThere were three women there, one old saggy one who was very loud and in your face and the other two were like mice. I could barely hear the women making my pizza I just started nodding my head to everything. The pizzas were like cardboard and the frozen chigago ones taste better. The cinnamon bun was hard and not good. The only good thing was the can of rio. Also the chips were cold and overpriced at £2 for a tiny portion overall the food was expensive for what you get. I travelled three hours for this place no thanks to Mr munchbox on YouTube for Hyping this below...
