Aakash, who works at Greggs, (Oxford Train Station) went above and beyond to ensure that our visit was enjoyable. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and provided helpful recommendations. It was evident that he genuinely cared about our satisfaction and wanted us to have a fantastic food experience. The food at Greggs was simply outstanding. We tried their signature pastries, and each one was freshly baked to perfection. The flavors were rich and delicious, and the presentation was visually appealing. The quality of ingredients was top-notch, and it was evident that great care went into crafting each item on the menu. I'm allergic to beans & had i not accidentally squashed my bake i wouldn't have known it was beans untill I bit into it. Read moreA few days ago, I was served at Greggs in Oxford by a very rude man with a beard and glasses. He didn’t greet me, was unprofessional from the start, and gave me the wrong item a regular sausage roll instead of a vegan one. When I returned to point out the mistake, he refused to admit it and wouldn’t replace it. I am a regular customer and have never seen him before, so I assume he is new. If that’s the case, he should be more polite and receive proper training from the manager. If he’s not suitable for this job, he shouldn’t be working there at all!!!!
