KFC — Restaurant in Oxford

AVOID!! Not even worth the 1 star!! firstly ordered 4 meals, 2 adults & 2 kids after 20 minutes not even half of one single meal had been prepared. They left what was ready sat on the side in a bag. After several times us going up to the counter to ask about the food, staff didn't have a clue how to handle the simple questions. Was told 5 more minutes, even then still nothing, after a total of 40 minutes from ordering nothing had been added to the bag, ended up asking for a refund and left - it wasn't busy so no excuse for the long wait. Staff genuinely seemed clueless, no customer service skills what so ever and when asking for a manager talking amongst themselves and avoiding the question.

The toilet was absolutely filthy and flooded where it was leaking from the cystern, staff didn't care so wouldn't surprise me if floods into restaurant, tables were very dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned or wiped down for a while.

Wouldn't expect this for a brand new establishment. Avoid...

Stopped by KFC for a quick bite, and as always, it delivered on taste and convenience. The crispy fried chicken wings is the star of the show—perfectly seasoned with a satisfying crunch on the outside and juicy, tender meat on the inside. I also tried the popcorn chicken , which had a nice kick and was well-balanced . The sides are classic KFC chips with gravy, and coleslaw that adds a refreshing crunch. First time we ordered delivery from here and it was an absolute disappointment we had ordered 8 mini fillets with 4 piece bbq combo and they failed to deliver the fillets, so we placed an order again and the same thing happened. Absolute disappointment! They didn’t even bother to inform us incase it was out of stock! I was searching for a phone number here to speak to someone directly sadly there is no contact information.
