Mollies Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Plymouth

Been to this coffee shop for years and always found it lovely but will not be going back after today. Granted it was busy, but was quite fed up after being ignored for 10 mins. No apology, no sorry to keep you waiting. The older lady who was serving today, then proceeded to tell me what a bad day she was having??? Like that is the customer’s issue? When I ordered eggs she complained she would have to make a special trip to get more. The last straw was when I was handed my scrambled eggs without a knife and fork. Our first visit to Mollies and of course first impressions count. Beautifully laid out cafe with friendly staff. The food was super quick and you got a good pot of tea you couldn't possibly finish. Staff loved our dog too, which always makes a difference. We will be back again...
