I love Costa and will always choose them over any other chain, however this store! š” Every time I go through the drive thru they get my order wrong! Charging extra for syrups that they NEVER put in. I complained to Costa last month as Iād bought two vanilla lattes and been charged for such, and they gave me 8 beans⦠so essentially for one coffee. Thought Iād give them another chance, went through today and itās the same thing. Honestly Iām sick and tired of it. If I wanted a regular latte, Iād buy that and not pay the extra, but I donāt because I personally find it too bitter. Iām pregnant so this is a treat for me at the moment and I rarely get to have coffee, and they canāt even get a simple order right. Done with this branch! Honestly itās really not difficult to add syrup to a coffee. Absolute incompetence of a useless staff. And donāt even get me started on the lack of signage regarding where the entry to the drive thru is and the queuing at a really busy part of the city - but thatās a managerial/chain issue and not the staff personally. Ā Ā Ā Read moreVisited this store yesterday on my way to a meeting, I was in the queue behind to young women who were patiently waiting to be served, upon them arriving at the till they were met with a very harsh rude member of female staff... one of the young females passed over her sandwich which was to be toasted to which your member of staff threw it on the side... the young girl then proceeds to give her drink order to which she was barked at 2 SECONDS YEAH... i could already see on the young females faces that they were confused as to why they were being spoken to in such manor, i then arrive at the till and am greeted with a lovley smile and a very warm welcome bare in mind this is by the same female staff member who was dam right rude to the girls before hand. I could see that the young females were a bit taken back by it as they had done nothing wrong but got such a cold welcome.... your staff need to be warm and welcoming to every customer not just who they choose to be nice to. I don't normally leave reviews but was very taken back on how they must of been feeling!!!! BE KIND ITS NOT HARD.....will not return...

The last 3-4 weeks every time I get a coffee from here it either tastes like vomit (so their milk is off and definitely needs date checking) or the coffee just doesnāt taste right at all.. I usually get gingerbread latteās with their special roast, the last few times Iāve had to throw the entire coffee away. Iād have complained in store by now if we didnāt always use the drive thru, thought Iād give them the benefit of the doubt or maybe itās just my taste buds - but after having another coffee today from a different Costa, same order as I always get, it tastes just like it should.
So long story short, this Costa needs to be checked to make sure their milk isnāt going lumpy in their fridge and then getting put in peoples drinks. That or they seriously need to clean their coffee machine.
The guys that work here are fantastic I really canāt fault them, if anything they brighten my day š but itās the coffee thatās made me...
