Greggs — Restaurant in Portsmouth

I go here a lot and it's a good Greggs, staff are great and the quality of food is good, fresh and hot etc. There is one member of staff however that is really rude. Older lady with red hair, she may be a manager!?. She has twice snapped at me now for covid rules. Once at the start of the lockdown last year when I didn't know the 2 people rule. I've since been in the shop loads and there has at times been upto 5 people in, no one gets told. However yesterday I was the only one in the shop. A man had forgotten something in his car and come back in. I was waiting alone at the counter. I was way over 2meters from him when he came back in and anyway he should have been the one distancing as he came back into the shop. She then rudly told me, not asked "to get back behind the line" no please or thank you. Quite sternly "get back". Unacceptable and not very customer friendly. I've seen other reviews comment on a rude female. She really needs to address how she speaks. She doesn't speak she "barks" at people. Often loudly infront of everyone. This is convenient to me so not going to not go in. But if I find another one even a little out of my way, I'd avoid this one. She really...

Punished for dare to ask my sandwich to be heated!!! I just payed an extra 2.20 just for heating my sandwich 🙈,one coffee +1 sandwich is 4,45 wich is fine but.....i asked for mine to be heated! Big mistake,manager (wich was very busy talking with someone)was like oooo noo,we need to refund you and charge again full price becauee of this...so just got charged extra 2.25exactly only for heating my sandwich...so furious that just took my time to write this with receipt and everithing,using everyday Greegs but never this one...

The worst Gregg's I've ever been too, I've been here a few times recently and they had some of the coldest food from any Gregg's I have had, I had a sausage roll recently and it was so old and cold that I have been put of their sausage rolls entirely Everytime I go in there they don't have cookies and they claim they aren't getting delivery when every other Gregg's in the area doesn't have that problem. The shop seems messier then the rest and None of the staff seem like that want to work there or care about their shop...
