We ordered a brown sugar milk TEA and the girl that took the order obviously misheard me as have been given the wrong order of just “milk with brown sugar”. Not a big deal, mistakes happen. We went back and asked if we could have what we ordered as this was not it. The guy was really rude and said that this is what we asked for ( we didn’t) and told us to try it. I thought I’d give it the benefit of the doubt but as expected the “milk” was horrible and didn’t like it at all. He then continued to push us to keep it and drink it. In the end after trying to convince that they taste the same and that we should keep it he agreed to remake the order. The atmosphere was then very unwelcoming while we were waiting for our order and he wouldn’t make eye contact, no apology, nothing. Lovely drinks! Amazing! But absolutely rude and disgusted with service! To be ignored for 20 minutes while being looked at as you’re stood in line. If I’d walked out that would be money he lost because of his ignorance, wasn’t sure if it was racism or just him being rude he didn’t speak or make any signs he was going to interact with me, looked at me and turned the music up. the only reason I stuck around was because I had to due to a friend wanting a drink but that’s really off putting having to SHOUT a few times to get his attention and then when he gave me the drink i don’t know if comes with a straw but I asked him and he just looked at me and walked off so 👍🏻 pretty sure boba comes with straws just unnecessary of him to...

Just to set the scene, it was 12 in the afternoon on Friday (9/12/2022).

The cashier/barista was braiding her hair and not making eye contact with us while we were ordering. After we ordered, she continued to braid till she finished, and then started on our drink.

We got the drink and sat down for a bit. After a while, we saw her use a blackhead removal tool to start scraping her nose on top of the waffle toppings cabinet 🤢

She didn't even stop when two customers walked out or another set came in. She only stopped when the new customer started ordering (how courteous)
