Southsea Brunch Klub — Restaurant in Portsmouth

There was a female being helped out when we got here, the female toilets were covered in sick, which was reported. Arrived 20 mins early and requested a drink whilst waiting for the table to become available. I offered to pay separately and couldn't get a drink until seated. Once seated we were told we couldn't order until our time slot started (1 minute away). Surely they could write it down in that minute as there was just under 20 of us? Orders given, watched as drinks dispensed.... No drink.. Some of the party were receiving the 2nd round before I got my 1st drink. It's a 90minute slot, so far 1/3 of that has been without a drink. I can say that the food was delivered hot and tasted lovely, thank you to the kitchen. Oh and we booked a Spice Girls Drag brunch? At no point were we made aware that they were not attending. To be fair, the lovely female singer was fabulous, but not what we had booked? Drinks flowed for the hour, then it was difficult to order again. Another girl had ordered 2 drinks and neither turned up...

Came for brunch there was a group of 9 of us first impressions were good but when we were seat and show the menu we was told that there are only 3 cocktails to choose from included in the brunch menu they were made as jugs and only the smallest amount of alcohol use in them very tasteless the only one that was ok was tequila sunset but it was a bit bitter and again the smallest amount of alcohol an hour in the food can and that was even worse then the drinks the beef skewers were uneatable they were so tough and dry it was ridiculous the chicken skewers were also very dry one friend had a burger and said it was ok and the chips were also ok the duck spring rolls were nice but the sweet potato starter was like baby food after the brunch was finished not one of our party was even tipsy I wouldn’t recommend this place if your looking for a...

Went along for bottomless brunch advertised as a 90s special with Dj, singer and sax player the latter two never arrived. We had non drinkers in the group who had two drinks in the 90mins but were charged the full £45.

Food was average, hot, but dry, looked like it had sat under a hot plate for a few hours The drinks were certainly not “signature” it was pretty much fruit juice in a nice glass. We all walked out tipsy at best.

One positive was the one waitresses, who was pleasant and regular took the drinks orders often. However we did not receive a drink until 15mins into our sitting (food arrived first) yet the bottomless stopped dead (with bill plonked on the table) at 90mins from booking time.

Overall, a really expensive, very disappointing bottomless brunch, which lacked an atmosphere at all!
