Service was an absolute disgrace, apparently a £11.50 halloumi kebab meal is just 8 thin pieces of grilled halloumi on chips and a drink. We phoned up to highlight this only for them to end the call on us. We were nothing but polite and respectful when ordering, collecting and phoning once we saw what we got. Ordering £73 worth of food and drinks in a recession, you would think they'd value their customers. A huge disappointment, was told the one that dropped the call was a student, then perhaps they need to be taught manners and customer service. Otherwise the rest of the food was okay, only place we know of that does Naga sauce kebab, otherwise we would have gone back to give that student a piece of our mind before never returning. Either need to train them better or find people that aren't disrespectful and arrogant...

If you are looking for fancier kebab, this is the place to order. Very tasty and very good Portions, even a regular is too much for me. I always go for the signature satkora, or just kebab with onions and peppers with chips on the side. Beware, they do not mess about with spice, their mild and medium is 🔥🔥 so get plain donor or make it clear you want it bland and no coriander if you dread spice. I’ve been a regular customer here for some time, and since their recent rebrand a few days ago, I can honestly say the experience has gone to another level. The smash burgers, especially The Messy One.. Are absolutely delicious.
