If like me, you have never eaten African cuisine, then prepare yourself. We tried 3 most popular dishes as they were most liked on ubereats (egusi, abula and jallof rice) and unfortunately we couldn't stomach them. We took mixed meat but there was actually no meat in them, only bones, tripe and chewy joints. We took jallof rice with fish and it was mostly rice with tiny piece of fish, mostly consisting of bones. Taste was very umami, a bit like Polish tripe soup, but slightly bitter like the taste of the hearts stew. I'm a bit confused because we use bones in Polish cousine but we don't serve them as you can't eat them.
