This has to be one of the most frustrating cafe experiences I've ever had. We ordered food over 40 minutes ago, and it simply never arrived. We patiently waited, assuming there was just a delay, but after such a significant amount of time, it became clear our order had been completely overlooked or lost. There was no communication from the staff about any issues, and frankly, it's unacceptable to leave customers waiting that long with no food and no explanation. I have never been in a cafe ever where there are so many shoplifters selling stolen property every day ,a woman called Vicki tried selling me jeans stolen from marks and Spencers ,it's a ridiculous when all u want to do Is enjoy a coffee ,this is the 3rd time I've been in and the 3rd time this same woman has tried selling stolen property, surely the owners must no what's going on under there noses...

Visited again today for the best hot chocolate we've ever had and bacon barmcakes,no better treat when you've had a bad week,or to be honest,any excuse to have one at all.
