I recently had the pleasure of trying out Boo Burger, a burger chain that specializes in smash burgers. I ordered their classic smash burger meal, which came with a side of fries and a drink.

First, let me talk about the burger itself. The patty was perfectly smashed and cooked to a juicy medium-rare, with a nice char on the edges that added a great depth of flavor. The toppings were fresh and flavorful - crisp lettuce, ripe tomato, and tangy pickles. The bun was soft and fluffy, and held up well to the juicy patty and toppings. Overall, the burger was absolutely delicious and satisfying.

The fries were also a standout. They were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of salt. They were a great accompaniment to the burger and helped to balance out the richness of the patty.

I also want to mention the great service I received at Boo Burger. Bilal, one of the staff members, was really good and went above and beyond to ensure that my meal was enjoyable. He was friendly, attentive, and helpful with any questions I had about the menu. It's always a pleasure to have a positive interaction with staff members, and Bilal definitely made my dining experience even better.

Overall, I highly recommend Boo Burger for anyone in the mood for a delicious smash burger meal. The quality of the food is outstanding, and the service is top-notch thanks to staff members like Bilal. I will definitely be returning for more burgers and fries...

Ordered two loaded chicken fries for collection at 8pm. Tolerated waiting another 15 minutes for the food however when took the order home, the car had a funny smell, opened it at home (live round the corner), not only was the food cold (unsure why I had to wait an extra 15 minutes, naturally expecting the food would be hot given i had to wait). When we ate the food, it was awful. The food, especially the fries, tasted funny and stale. I thought it was just me, so I had someone else try it and they shared the same thoughts.

This place is terrible with customer service as it is. You have to wait for your food much longer than you anticipate and I thought it would be different this time so I gave it another chance, given its a weekday, the place was empty and they weren't exactly inundated with phone/online orders either. The tables are always dirty and never kept clean and the staff are miserable each time I have visited previously.

Don't waste your time here. I collected my Iceburg order prior to this and this order was still hot when I reached home. I have never left reviews before but this place is a disgrace. Need I say anything further.

Where do I start?! If I could leave more than 5 stars then I definitely would.

My first time and definitely not my last, the food was absolutely delicious, didn’t have any problems, no waiting time and was nice and warm. I ordered the chick-a-boo which was absolutely amazing!! The bun was nice and soft, the chicken was soft and well cooked, lettuce was fresh and the sauce in the burger was great.

Staff are really welcoming and friendly with big smiles. Felt very comfortable and well looked after. The staff made sure that everything was on point and came to check and see if we needed anything else and if everything was okay.

Boo itself was very clean inside and very detailed. The refill drinks was definitely my favourite part :) however, the interior is very classy and goes well together from the outside to the inside. The toilets are very clean and tidy which usually you don’t find in many places!
