I would like to make you aware of my extremely bad customer experience with Nedas and the Preston Deepdale Store.
I placed an order on Sunday 3rd April 2022 at around 6pm. I was missing an item upon delivery therefore I contacted the store by telephone at 18.44pm to be told the missing item will be delivered within the next 30 minutes. This was not received therefore at 19:34pm I contacted the store a second time to be told they would send the missing item out within the next 30 minutes. Again this was not received, therefore I contacted the store again at 20:52pm whereby I brought into question the integrity of Nedas as he had lied to me on two occasions.
I had refrained from putting my 3 year old to bed due to the expected disturbance that it would cause with knocking on the door and the impact this would have with my dogs barking.
What was supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience resulted in a stressful and unsettling experience.
Despite being told I would receive a full refund on my order by the Store Manager. No refund has been received to date. In addition, Nedas stated I would receive a full refund for my missing item (rightly so as I had paid for this and it was not received) this has also not been received.
I have raised complaints using the forms on the Domino's website, however no response has been received despite it being over the 5 day period which it states it can take up to, to receive a response.
I remain extremely dissatisfied and would not be recommend Domino's...
Read moreI didn’t use Domino’s delivery service for a while so was a bit surprised there is delivery fee and it is quite high compare to Uber eats. But that wasn’t a worst thing. I have to wait way too long for pizza. It was look like, delivery is on city tour, drive around the city instead of go straight to delivery point. That was ridiculous. I was waiting around 20 minutes until delivery guy called me and asked me to pickup a pizza from the given location which was the other street. I refused as I thought it is ridiculous that I paid extra for delivery and still need to pick up a pizza. Delivery guy wasn’t happy and quit rude that he need to walk to me to give me a pizza. When he arrived, pizza was entirely cold but he kept being rude and said it’s warm just left the oven. I fed up. Taking all circumstances in account and especially fact that pizza was cold I refused to collect it. I called to Dominos to ask for refund, because delivery took way too long and pizza was too cold. They said that there was also other pizzas for deliver that’s why it took that long but kept repeating lie pizza was warm so no refund. They treat customers with no respect. I rang the store who said they had GPS to prove it came here and the driver asked the person at the door to give the name of the person who ordered and this person gave my name but as I don't have it the driver must have asked this person at the door is it for Julie and they have just said yes. I asked the Manager to send the driver back to that same house and she refused. I asked her to ask the driver what vehicle was on the front and again she refused. So we are searching the freezer for tea and someone is having a ball with free pizza. I have been ordering Dominos all my adult life because its my favourite but I will never buy it again.
