Nabzy's Preston — Restaurant in Preston

My friend and I went there on the weekend and we had chicken burger and supreme chicken burger and fries. Overall, it is quick fix, food was fresh and staff were very friendly.

Food: The food was fresh and presentable. You get what you pay for. I am usually very fussy with food especially when meat is involved 😂. Chicken was just fried to perfection. No Pink meat Thank God🙏 On a very important note, it is HALAL.

Cleanliness: The place was so clean when we visited which is very important when it comes to food.

Staff: The staff were very friendly and helpful which again is soooo important when it comes to customer service. When I asked for red salt for my chips, the guy was so generous.

Price: We had a chicken supreme burger (the burger, chips, and a drink) & one chicken burger on it own. We only paid around £8.50 which is very fair. So technically it is cheap. The size if the burger is more on the small size but I was full anyway.

Place: It is veeerrrry conveniently located as it is just on Friargate and very close to UCLan. It is also so bright (good for taking selfies 😂).

Suggestions: This is just my personal opinion and please feel free to ignore it. Many other takeaways are providing the same sort if food and more or less the same taste everywhere unlike KFC for example. They have got their own spices and what not.

One thing I would recommend is, maybe have a special sandwich that only you can make. Something that doesn’t exist in the market already.

Also maybe variety of sauces? If you already have them perhaps offer them to customers? Or make them visible? A customer may not necessarily know you have sauces, or maybe shy to ask?

First takeaway order in May was impressive. Delivered within 30 minutes. Nicely presented chips and drink came with the burger. Which was tasty and seemed fresh. Slightly dearer. But you don’t mind paying for the quality and care. Second order burgers seemed like they were reheated and the pizza was not the best to be honest. Don’t usually leave food reviews but this time round ordered just the Combo burgers and there was no option for the chips and drink which was in the last order. Still went ahead and ordered the food, wait tonight was about 40mins. No email to tell me the food was on its way and it didn’t refresh on their page to tell me the food was ready and on its way. Not very good at all. The burgers were over done with really hard bits of meat the lettuce was limp and off and they were not nice to eat and were not finished.
