Nice little restaurant situated in the city itself. Started off with a mango lassi and a masala chai which were amazing. As mains, also tried the chicken biriyani which were also up to expectations. The interior was well designed too. While food and atmosphere was great, the customer service was very poor. A group of us visited for a late lunch and there were almost no other customers and the staff failed to let us know that food will take time. Ended up waiting for over an hour which would have been okay if we were told in advance. Also, when a couple walked in and waited to be seated, instead of telling them that they won’t be able to serve them, the staff decided to ignore them until they left out of frustration which is not the way to do business. Other than that everything else was good.

The chicken in the Tikka Wrap was not tikka. The fries were cold. The Chicken Goan Curry was cold and the smallest portion size that I have ever seen. It was nothing like an authentic Goan Curry, it was like a Chinese Chicken Curry with a little coconut. The Garlic Naan bread had no sign of fresh garlic, it was more like a flat bread, dense, tough and chewy, no doubt out of a packet. The curry, majority of the naan and fries were left. Initially they were only going to deduct the cost of the fries, but eventually they saw reason and deducted the curry. Whilst I was paying at the counter they forgot to close the kitchen door and we saw them pouring pre-made curry out of a plastic bag! It's food out of a packet here I'm afraid.

I’m glad I ordered from you guys today after a string of disappointments on ubereats I wasn’t expecting anything amazing! But to my surprise it was the best soya chaap tikka Kathi roll I had! Only thing the roti needed more time on the pan but the soya chaap was delicious and tasty! The paneer biryani was beautiful too could taste all the delicate flavours and they were generous with the paneer pieces! I asked for it to be made spicy and they didn’t disappoint thank you 😊 can’t wait to visit in person with my friends soon! Oh and the girl I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and polite too! Thank u overall great service and food.

I initially had a terrible experience with Tick Station when I found a metal shard in my food during a previous order. It was a horrifying health hazard, and despite complaining to both Deliveroo and the restaurant for over two weeks, I was completely ignored. No action was taken, and I received zero accountability.

Hoping it was a one-time mistake, I decided to give them a second chance and ordered a thali yesterday. Unfortunately, they disappointed me again. The thali was incomplete—they didn’t include the roti, which is an essential part of the meal. Any Indian or anyone familiar with Indian cuisine knows that a thali without roti is simply unacceptable. I tried calling them, but they didn’t answer. It felt deliberate and unprofessional.

To make matters worse, when I reported the issue on the app, nothing was done. This kind of consistent negligence and disregard for customers is unacceptable. There are far better Indian restaurants in Preston that value their customers and serve quality food. I strongly advise against ordering from or...

HORRIBLE FOOD, CAUSED MAJOR FOOD POISONING to my wife and son. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

We went there as a party of 5 on a quiet Monday afternoon. The food was served lukewarm. Staff didn't seem to grasp the fact that food needed to be served with cutlery. We were given no napkins, cutlery or crockery. We ordered Kathi Rolls for starters, which were served soggy and lukewarm in foil, with no plates. The main course came out lukewarm as well as did the curries we ordered. We asked for sharing plates, which seemed to confuse the waitress. We had to get up a few times to fetch any cutlery and napkins ourselves as the waitress failed to get it for us.

My wife got MAJOR FOOD POISONING the same evening, which led to doctor visits. My son got food poisoning the next day, which led to multiple A&E visits.

We are reporting this place to PRESTON CITY COUNCIL. We have suffered food poisoning before but never reported it. We are forced to report it this time due to the severity of the infection. There is something SERIOUSLY WRONG with this place. AVOID AT...

Trying this after it being recommended and we left disappointed. How does an Indian street food place not have chai? We then opted for a soft drink, we asked for Coca Cola and after a while we were told they ran out of Coca Cola, no alternative like Pepsi max offered, it was only on paying we spotted this. We wanted to order the chicken monos which they didnt have them either. Nothing was clear on the menu if things had ran out. We ended up eating the dahi puri which were tasty but they were hard to eat as the sauce was in shot glasses. No serviettes given and it was messy. The dabha mini khati rolls tasted lovely.

We then got the bill and to our disgust the drink cans had 80p and we charged £1.95 each! Absolute rip off!!! The service was rubbish, no alternatives offered and a really...
