Came here whilst waiting for the Museum tour. They had a good selection of beers and ciders and even some live music playing which was on theme. The food was ‘ok’ but just okay. The menu was limited and the descriptions of the meals were woefully inadequate. Ordered a ciabatta club, no mention of cheese and it came smothered. The staff also looked very confused half the time. There seemed to be a lot of them, but no one seemed to know what was going on. One of the staff tried to bring us the wrong food (as well as the table behind us) even though we had clear table numbers given when we ordered. Recommendation to management, include a detailed description of what’s included in the meal on the menu, and give the staff better training on the systems you have in place.

Stopped in before the Titanic Museum because we were a bit early, I had the nachos which were lovely, but my friend had ordered a Ciabatta Club, the menu didn’t specify that it has cheese but it came with cheese on the sandwich. Really quite dangerous given that lots of people can be lactose intolerant and might not check before they eat like my friend did. Live music in the pub was nice, but service was a little on the slow side, the staff were very apologetic though and made sure to prioritise us when they found out.

A welcome spot just behind the Titanic to have some refreshments before continuing to explore the area. Food was OK. A little on the pricey side but they do have a captive audience.

If I could give less than one star I would. Absolutely shocking service and the food was poor. Ordered the sharing stack and a cajun chicken sandwich. The stack came - it had pork ribs, chicken wings and potatoes which were all really cold. Turns out they had been sitting on a 'hot' plate... It certainly wasn't hot.

We requested a refund as in our opinion to eat pork and chicken that wasn't hot was not good idea, we were treated terribly. The supervisor came over from the Titanic Museum, did not apologise once and made us feel like it was our fault. We weren't making a scene just patiently awaiting our money back, there really was no need for the way we were treated.

It's such a shame as this is no doubt the impression that people visiting NI will be...
