09.01.21 Visited drive-thru, ordered our usual 2 x Zinger Tower Meals (large) and Pepsi (no ice) - no complaints as such but chicken fillet was chewy (happens around 50% of the time - not usually such a big deal).
10.01.21 Visited drive-thru, asked for usual 2 x Zinger Tower Meals (large) and Pepsi (no ice) but asked the clerk if they could only put Zinger sauce in and not the spicy mayo (supercharger sauce as I was then told) - collected the food, parked up took a bite: no Zinger sauce, only mayo. Flew back around and explained what had happened - they kindly offered to take both burgers back in and then brought out new ones. Fries had gone cold by the time we got parked back up and we'd only just noticed they had only put 2 x Fries instead of 4 x Fries which is supposed to constitute to a large portion.
16.01.21 Queued for 20 minutes (at times it can be 30 mins; but hey, you join the queue you take your chances) - ordered usual 2 x Zinger Tower Meals (large) and Pepsi (no ice) I was asked if this was the deal in the app - I naively said no (after "excuse me" x 2 because they speak way too fast and the machine is distorted) - as we then queued to pay I opened my KFC app - "50% off Zinger Tower"! I apologised and told the two employees by the pay window that I had just spotted this on the app - to which the nearer employee said the order had already gone through as non-promo so couldn't be "re-made", then the further away employee shouted that we were already asked three times(!!!) Seems unfair not to be asked if I had the app while I ordered this, and whether I knew about the promo. And why they couldn't adjust the order at the pay window - what difference did it make to the order in the bag?! AND THEN, NOT ONLY had they put ice in the drink, as I bit into the burger: NO ZINGER SAUCE! Must have sold out due to the promotion! This truly rubbed salt in the wound - you've blown it now, KFC.

Took my son in here, for a quick bite, before looking for a new couch. Unfortunately, there was a child constantly running around and jumping upon furniture.
I suffer with vertigo and the constant flash of said child (running in circles), brought on a vertigo attack. When I went over to speak to the mother, she fobbed me off, with him being a child! She also went on to say that I had mental health issues, because I was not tolerable of her feral child’s behaviour 😂
I have five children and each and every one of them has social etiquette. This is the problem with some parents, they just cannot be bothered to parent appropriately and then when they arrive at school, they are a total nightmare!
The said parent basically told me leave the restaurant the guy on the next table told me that vertigo was to do with heights! 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ Obviously, not the brightest tool in the box 😂 His child was also running around, with him chasing him! Can someone please tell these parent’s that a restaurant, even a KFC, is not the place to do this in!
I don’t know if other countries teach their child social etiquette, but the last thing I want, is a restaurant full of feral children and their parent’s, running all over the place!
I had to end my day there and go home. I left KFC feeling sick, dizzy and unable to see properly! Whilst the Feral families continued on with their day!

Ordered 1 stuffing tower burger meal no cranberry, 2 stuffing stacker burgermeals, coleslaw and 2 pc original chicken, cost of £34.95. asked to pull into the order pick up point always a bad sign, after seeing several orders being brought out to the car park including two for cars that were behind us then the employee heads over to us with our order he says three tower meals we say no as our order was as above. We then watch said employee walk around the car park asking others if it's thier order, then he goes back inside. By this time we have been waiting at a good 15mins at least so decide to go back through the drive-tru to check on order. As we head back around the same employee heads back to us saying the order he is is ours and he just read it wrong, ok fine we take his word for it that it's our order as we are unable to open everything up in the car. So guess what we have when we get home not our order that we paid for but you guessed it three cold stuffing tower burger meals, we should never have agreed to move forward. Won't be going again. ...
