Today I had the pleasure of visiting AMT Coffee located inside the Royal Berkshire Hospital, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Abdul Rahman, whose welcoming attitude and friendly smile instantly made my day better. His professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive.

He prepared my coffee with great care, and it was honestly one of the best coffees I’ve had in a long time. You could really tell he takes pride in his work and enjoys serving customers. It’s rare to find such dedication and warmth in customer service these days, especially in busy settings like a hospital café.

The overall atmosphere at the café was calm and pleasant, and every member of the staff I interacted with was polite, helpful, and genuinely caring. They all made me feel valued and comfortable, which means a lot — especially when you’re visiting a hospital, which can often be a stressful experience.

I wholeheartedly recommend AMT Coffee to anyone visiting the hospital or even just passing by. It’s not just about the coffee — it’s about the positive energy, the friendly faces, and the excellent service. I will definitely be coming back regularly, and I’m glad to have discovered such a lovely spot with such great people.

I’ve bought a cheddar & mozzarella with red onion in an onion-topped toastie and after a few bites I’ve noticed mould in it and walked with that to the staff lady who ignorantly told that it could be it we can’t do anything as I only work here which I can’t blame her.AMT please stop using this kind of unhealthy food, I gave that to my sick child visiting A&E i don’t know what will happen to my poor boy(5 years old). A Fantastic lady helped me today in the evening of 06/11/2024, she was on her own dispite this she was friendly and helpful. She was always busy working dispite no customers. She even asked how was my coffee, very rare you get that extra attention to customers at a coffee place. A great asset to Amt coffee.
