Incredible place. Every item on the menu tastes delicious. Chef is a culinary genius. Ambiance and decor is amazing. Polish music is lovely. Exceptional staff who always make you feel welcome and go out of their way to make sure everybody is looked after. Always attentive, friendly, efficient, helpful, polite, infact can’t say enough good things about the waitresses. Great parking and location. Hope they might open another restaurant as this place is incredible and they would do so well in any town in the U.K. So authentic and just truly wonderful. A must to visit if you’re in Reading.

P.s I love this place because it represent Poland and all the great polish people. We are very lucky in reading to have a big polish community. His resteraunt is amazing. Good indoor and outdoor seating and as above all excellent. Poland is great. Poland is amazing. We love Poland.

P.p.s this place is great inside. All the people are enjoying polish food and chatting and chilling. The staff are working hard. It is such a shame I can’t have the polish food due to too many syns. Staff are dressed in traditional polish outfits. There is a polish centre next door with the polish flag..🇵🇱

P.p.p.s the water is really nice and has green leaves and lemon. I did used to like the polish water but I don’t think they can get it anymore. Which is a shame. I’m not sure how you would get water from Poland.🇵🇱

P.p.p.s Also I couldn’t really find my way but the nice polish waitress showed me the way. Thank you. The waitresses are very smiley and helpful.

P.p.p.s Now I have moved inside. And there are polish and british people enjoying the restaurant. There is nice polish music. The decor is all from Poland. 🇵🇱

P.p.p.p.s the chicken salad is really good. I’m not sure how many syns it is but it is good. I just wish I could have traditional polish food.

This city has a large Polish community and this is a hidden gem to make people like me feel home! Very hearty food with large portions!

The menu has some regional treats (Silesian or Tatry highland) so ask the waiter for the best selection, we had Pork Spread Bread and Cottage Cheese Ravioli to share for starters, my favourite Potato pancake with tender beef goulash and Beef fillet with Silesian dumplings. Alternatively was considering sharing the large meat platter.

Recommend going on less busy times weekday evenings for quick serving time (they make all fresh so it takes time) and a weekend meal for the full experience. There is a variety of great original dishes, so an opportunity to try something else than the usual burger or ribs available anywhere in the country.

The only recommendation would be to invest a bit in a new look of the toilets and entrance/welcome area as people get confused waiting to be seated. (ps. do not leave toilet door by the...

Was definitely not a fan. Looking at these others reviews just make me feel like I went to a totally different restaurant in comparison.

The staff never made me feel welcome in the restaurant, and did not seem polite at all. The atmosphere of the restaurant itself was okay, and the other customers seemed happy. Music was a little too loud for my tastes, but I did not mind it that much. Main negative from the service side of things was the staff.

Food was incredibly mediocre. I had the ribs which are photographed and they were just incredibly average. There was too much fat on the ribs as well. The chips were not all that great either and could have done with some more cooking and seasoning. Honestly could have done better by going to a supermarket. I tried my friends Chicken Kiev and I was not a fan of that as well.
